How do I customise my Forever Pillow?
It's easy.
Start by unzipping the pillow. Then you can adjust the height to your liking by rearranging or removing the four foam layers.
We recommend using the Lilia Cloud Foam as the top layer and the Snooze foam as the base layer. But if you find the pillow too soft, you can flip it over as the base layer is slightly firmer.
You can also fine-tune the height by swapping out the Pure Heaven and Forty Winks foam layers. They are 3 and 4 cm thick, respectively. This will allow you to get the pillow height just right.
If the Pure Heaven foam layer (our special layer for side sleepers) is too firm for you, you can remove it or place it underneath the softer Forty Winks layer.
Side sleepers usually require a slightly higher pillow, while back sleepers are often better off with a flatter pillow.
We recommend the following pillow settings.
To lower the height of your Forever Pillow, start by removing the softer Forty Winks layer or the firmer Pure Heaven layer. These are the two layers in the middle.
If 10 or 11 cm is still too high for you, take out both of these middle layers.
If you have a soft mattress and narrow shoulders, you can also remove the firmer base layer or softer top layer to get the pillow down to just 4 cm in height.
And let’s not forget stomach sleepers
If you’re part of this relatively rare tribe, you will need a flat pillow. This is to make sure your head doesn’t get pushed up too far, straining your neck.
Fortunately, that’s easy with the Lilia Forever Pillow. Simply remove at least one and probably both of the middle layers.
However, it's important to note that there isn't a 'perfect' sleeping position when lying on your stomach. That’s because the head and neck are turned to the side, often causing tension. It's generally better to sleep in a position that is similar to how you stand, so sleeping on your stomach is not the most natural position.
Who is the Forever Pillow suitable for?
Most sleep brands will tell you that their pillow is suitable for everyone! But in reality, it's a bit more complicated. Whether a pillow is truly suitable for a person depends on their body type, sleep position, and mattress.
This thought has guided us from the beginning in the development of the Forever Pillow. We wanted to create a pillow that respects how unique everyone is. The multiple foam layers in our pillow enable personalised adjustments for optimal comfort and ergonomic support tailored to your needs.
The correct pillow height is crucial, as we all have varying shoulder widths and different mattresses. Everyone needs a pillow that can adapt. That's what our Forever Pillow can do.
Importantly, if your mattress is really not suitable for you, our pillow - or any other pillow - won't be able to fully correct your sleep posture. Our pillow is likely to help quite a bit, however.

Your Forever Pillow will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days of placing your order. If you haven't received your pillow yet, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

When can I expect my delivery?

Your pillow will be delivered by reputable couriers such as DPD or UPS.

Returns
How do I go about returning my pillow?
It's easy!
Simply contact our customer service team and let us know that you would like to return your pillow. We will then send you a return label with instructions.
Please make sure to keep the original shipping box for the return.
Attach the return label clearly on the package and drop the pillow off at your nearest courier service.
Once the pillow is received by our warehouse, we will quickly inspect it. If the pillow is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 24 hours. We will also cover the return shipping costs.
If you have decided to return your Forever Pillow, we would love to know why so that we can do better in future. This is also important for the environment.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the pillow back, we'll briefly inspect it. If it's in acceptable condition, we'll process your refund within 24 hours.
PayPal: If you paid using PayPal, we'll refund the amount back to your PayPal account.
Credit Card: If you paid using a credit card, you'll receive a credit on your credit card account.
Klarna: If you selected Klarna's 'Pay Later' option or payment in instalments, the amount you've already paid will be refunded to the original payment method and any remaining balance will be canceled.
SEPA: If you paid using a manual SEPA payment, please provide us with your bank details so we can process the refund.
How long is the trial period for the pillow?
You can try out the Forever Pillow for 30 days completely risk-free. The trial period begins when you receive your Forever pillow.
We recommend you take full advantage of this trial period, as it can often take your body several days or even weeks to adjust to a new pillow.
Should you find, within this 30-day trial span, that the pillow is not a good fit for you, please don't hesitate to contact us to begin the return process.
Remember to keep the original packaging, as it will be required for the return.
What happens to the returned pillows?
We take care of the returned pillows by recycling and disposing of them in an environmentally-friendly manner.
Should I keep the delivery box?
We recommend keeping the delivery box for the 30-day trial period. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Forever Pillow, you can simply return it in the delivery box.
After the trial period has ended, you can dispose of the delivery box without any issues. Our delivery boxes are made of environmentally friendly kraft paper.
About the Forever Pillow
What is the Forever Pillow made of?
The cover: A mixture of cotton, polyamide and polyester. It is machine washable at 40° C.
The top layer: The Lilia Cloud Foam is a high-grade memory foam (its volume weight is 50)¹. This ultra-soft, adaptive foam helps to distribute your weight evenly on your bed and provides the right support for your head and neck.
Pure Heaven Layer: A combination of high-quality memory foam (volume weight of 50) and cold foam (volume weight of 30). This layer was specifically developed for side sleepers. With two levels of firmness, your head won't roll off the pillow and will stay in a healthy, straight alignment.
Forty Winks Layer: This middle foam layer is soft but highly adaptable, giving the Forever Pillow the necessary point elasticity². It also serves to add height to the pillow. This layer is especially important for people with firmer mattresses and wider shoulders.
Sturdy Slumber Layer: We've again used a top-of-the-range memory foam (volume weight of 50). While adaptable, this layer is on the firmer side. It gives the pillow a stable base.
¹Footnote: The volume weight is a measure of the density of the material. It indicates how many kilograms of foam were used in a cubic meter of foam. The higher the density, the better the foam and the longer it will last.
²Footnote: Point elasticity - an awkward term we know - refers to how a foam reacts when pressure is applied to it. Point elastic materials exhibit a high and precise level of adaptation to pressure. In other words, the foam gives in wherever pressure is applied.
Can I wash the pillow?
You can easily wash the cover of your Forever Pillow.
A mixture of cotton, polyamide and polyester, the cover is durable, breathable, and comfortable.
To keep the pillow in its best condition, wash it in the machine at a maximum temperature of 40° C.
Please avoid hot water as the cover could shrink and lose some of its softness. Don't put it in the dryer, and avoid ironing and bleaching to maintain its quality.
Do I need a pillowcase?
Contrary to popular belief, it would actually be more ergonomic to do without a pillowcase altogether.
This may seem surprising, but it's true.
Thicker pillowcases prevent the head from resting on the ergonomically sound foam layers, thereby reducing the foam's ability to adapt to the shape of the head.
Tight pillowcases can also cause increased surface tension.
A tight pillowcase compresses the pillow, which can negatively affect the ergonomics and make the pillow firmer.
However, in terms of hygiene, using a pillowcase is still advisable.
It's important to use a thin pillowcase that is the correct size.
For best results, use the Forever Pillow with a pillowcase measuring 60x50 cm.
What's the height of the pillow?
The overall height of the Forever Pillow is approximately 14 cm.
Lilia Cloud Foam: 3 cm (top)
Pure Heaven Layer: 3 cm (middle 1)
The Dream Foam: 4 cm (middle 2)

How much does the Forever Pillow weigh?
Our pillow weighs approximately 500 grams, with all layers included. That’s about as much as pint of milk.
What is the level of firmness of the pillow?
In the default setting of 14 cm (using all four foam layers) the Forever Pillow is medium-firm.
However, the exact firmness depends on the order and number of pillow layers you choose.

Why do I need a topper?
A mattress topper is a practical and effective solution to improve the comfort and lifespan of your mattress. It is an additional layer that is placed directly on top of the mattress and offers numerous benefits.
One of the main reasons to use a topper is to improve the quality of your sleep. Our Forever Topper offers an extra level of softness. In addition to comfort, the protection of the mattress plays an important role. A topper protects the mattress from wear and tear, sweat and other soiling and can therefore extend its lifespan. The cover of our Forever topper is removable and washable at 40°C, which makes it easier to maintain a hygienic sleeping environment.

What materials is the Forever topper made of?
The Forever topper is made of high-quality memory foam and cold foam with integrated reclining zones (in the middle cold foam layer). This three-layer structure makes the Forever Topper special. These lying zones in the Forever topper are more accurate due to the incisions in the foam. They only subtly break up the surface structure of the foam.
And this precision is important, because the spine should ultimately form an ergonomically straight line.
Is the cover washable?
The cover of our Forever Topper is removable and washable at 40 degree, which makes it easier to maintain a hygienic sleeping environment. Don't forget to close the zipper before washing to prevent possible damage. For a longer service life, we recommend washing the cover by hand, which is gentler and thus contributes to the longevity of the cover.However, the cover should not be tumble dried or ironed.
What is the lying sensation / firmness of the topper?
Due to the interaction of our high-quality foam layers, we would describe the overall firmness of our topper as medium-firm.
However, the lying sensation of the Forever topper can vary slightly due to the different firmness zones. The zones of the topper either support your body more or allow it to sink in more.
Some parts of the topper will therefore feel firmer or softer to you.
The top layer of memory foam ensures a comfortable lying sensation.
Size and weight of the topper
The weight of the topper varies depending on the topper size:
90x200 cm = 10 kg
140x200 cm = 10 kg
160x200 cm = 11 kg
180x200 cm = 14 kg
Can I use the topper on a hard mattress?
Yes, you can definitely use the Forever topper on mattresses that are too hard.
We have used only the highest quality and most comfortable materials in the production of our topper.
The pleasantly soft memory foam in the top layer, combined with the soft cover, ensures a cozy surface to lie on.
Our topper is a full 7.5 cm high and thus guarantees sufficient sink-in depth for a more pleasant sleeping experience.
The zones of the topper ensure that your body only sinks in where it really needs to (shoulders and pelvis). The loins, on the other hand, are better supported, which keeps your spine in a healthy alignment.
About the silk pillowcase
What does “Momme” refer to?
Momme is the key to the secret of silk. It measures quality, weight, and density and is, in a way, the "quality mark" of silk - the higher the Momme, the higher the quality.
In silk products like pillowcases, a Momme weight from 19 and above is considered high-quality. At these weights, the silk is smooth, durable and has a beautiful, luxurious shine. Products with a lower Momme weight will be less durable and feel less smooth.
Our silk pillowcases come with a premium Momme value of 22, providing you with a soft, luxurious shine whilst also offering high durability.
What does 6A mean for silk products?
Silk products are categorised into various quality grades. The A-grade is the highest form of silk; in other words, it's first class.
In addition to Grade A, there are also other classes: Grade B and Grade C. However, at Lilia Sleep, we only settle for the very best. The silk of our pillowcase is from the A-class.
Within Grade A, there are further subgrades: 6A, 5A, 4A, 3A, 2A, and A. Grade 6A is considered the highest quality among them.
Our silk pillowcase is, of course, made from 6A-grade silk...
What is the delivery time?
Your silk case will be delivered within 2 or 3 business days.
So you don't need to wait long until you can benefit from the advantages that our silk material will provide to your hair and skin.
What are the benefits of silk?
Silk has a very smooth surface. Therefore, it does not rub your hair unnecessarily and also does not electrify it
So you don't need to waste much time in the morning to style your hair. Furthermore, silk is antibacterial and gives bacteria no chance to multiply.
So you wake up with great hair and smooth skin!

Who should use a silk pillowcase?
A silk pillowcase is perfect for you when you want smooth hair in the morning and fewer wrinkles on your cheek, for example.
This is due to the flat surface of the material.
Moreover, silk is really soft on the skin – if you love this feeling, then you will adore our silk case.
In addition, silk is very cooling. Therefore, people who sweat a lot will appreciate a silk pillowcase
What is the size of the silk pillowcase?
Our silk pillowcase is 70x50 cm and will therefore fit the Forever pillow more than perfectly.
In our FAQ for the Forever pillow we recommend pillow cases with 60x50 cm. Important note with that: It could be that the silk case shrinks a bit after washing it.
So you don't have to worry, even if your silk pillowcase shrinks a little, it will still fit ideally on your Forever pillow.

We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why the Forever Pillow comes with a complimentary 3-year warranty.
What are my payment options?

Once the trial period is over, you can simply dispose of the packaging in your recycling bin.
